Application form
The recommendation should have a current date and the signature of the person who wrote it. It should contain information about the candidate for the program — what kind of leader he/she is, a description of his/her cooperation skills, and what distinguishes him/her from other people. Recommendations can be written by people who have worked with you and saw you in leadership roles. These are the only elements of a recommendation we require. Please provide us with the kind of content that will help you get into the program. It is dedicated to leaders — people who lead action, bring important change, work for their local community, or a socially relevant cause.
